How it works
Everything happens on WhatsApp. There's a web view for when you want the whole picture, but you never have to open it.
Type it the way you'd say it to your team: in English, Hinglish or Hindi. Who, what, and by when. Several tasks in one message are fine. No forms, no app.

Privacy and trust
Kimira is designed around India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023: consent first, only the data the work needs, and clear rights for everyone on your team.
Nobody gets a task until they reply YES to a single invitation, and Kimira records when they did.
Reply STOP, or “बंद करो”, and Kimira never messages that number again, for any company.
Your tasks, messages and team list are separated from every other company's in the database itself.
Names, WhatsApp numbers, tasks and messages. Never sold, never used for marketing, and never used by us to train AI models.
Kimira's servers and database run on Amazon Web Services in Mumbai. The privacy policy says exactly what, if anything, leaves India.
Export everything any time. Anyone can ask to see, correct or erase their data.

No. Your team works entirely inside WhatsApp, which they already have. There's a web view for owners and managers, opened with a one-time link Kimira sends on WhatsApp. No password, nothing to install.
Write tasks in English, Hinglish or Hindi, for example “Priya catalogue bhej do, aaj 6 baje tak”. Kimira keeps the task in your words, so your team reads it as you wrote it. Your team replies DONE, DELAY or just “ok”, anywhere in their message. If Kimira isn't sure who a task is for, or which task a reply means, it asks rather than guessing.
Every task gets one. With no time given, it's due at 6 PM, today or the next working day if it's already past six, and Kimira says “(default)” so you know it chose it.
Anyone with open tasks gets a short morning check-in. If a task goes unacknowledged or overdue, Kimira sends one reminder that day, combined across everything that person owes, and only inside your working hours. Anything still overdue or delayed is in your evening summary.
Kimira checks WhatsApp's delivery receipts rather than assuming a message arrived. If a task can't be delivered, it tries again three hours later. If it still doesn't arrive, the task is marked as needing someone and you're told, so you can hand it over.
Kimira writes a short note for you to forward before you go live, so your team knows it's coming. Each person then gets one invitation and must reply YES before they get any task. Anyone who replies STOP is never messaged again.
There's no sign-up form. Onboarding is hands-on: talk to us, and we set your company up and give you your Kimira number. Adding your team and going live takes about ten minutes after that. Pricing is one monthly plan per company, invoiced monthly; we'll go through it with you.
No. Every company's tasks, messages and team list are separated from every other company's in the database itself, not only behind a login screen.
It's yours. You can download every task as a spreadsheet at any time, and for 90 days after you cancel. After that it's deleted.
